Louisiana Blue Crab Trio
jumbo lump crabmeat on a fresh sliced avocado topped with key lime vinaigrette, a mini grilled crab cake on a house made pickled watermelon tartar sauce and herb marinated crab claws


Slow Smoked Wild Boar
topped with Abita Tubo Dog BBQ sauce and served with stewed collard greens, baked macaroni and cheese and a buttermilk biscuit

Seared Gulf Fish
over crawfish maque choux and finished with a porcini cream
