Always have been a fan of egg yolk running on my salad. Yolk and Chinese bacon drippings vinegar for balance and bread to sop it up.

We made 50 gallons of hot sauce from tony’s chilis last year and there’s still a little left. Try tthe bluee top chili sauce or for a kick go for the eternal damnation. Oak barrel aged for mellowness.
I like a straight shot before service for a kick.
