In order to keep things interesting and fresh we have essentially changed every item on the menu. 20 new dishes to be precise. Don’t worry the chicken under the brick is still available.
Sometimes you need to throw out everything and start fresh so you don’t end up as an oldies show touring and playing the same tunes for 20 years.
As an old friend and mentor told me repeatedly if it ain’t broke break it.
